WHAT IS DRIVER?
Driver is a Pan-European network of fast-fit motorist centres offering a wide range of products and services - including tyres, exhausts, shock absorbers, batteries, M.O.T.s and general servicing.  Although enjoying the comprehensive support of Pirelli, a major player in the tyre industry, it is fundamental to the Driver concept that all participating dealers retain their independence and are neither owned by a particular manufacturer nor are confined to supplying its products.

WHY ARE DRIVER CENTRES DIFFERENT?
In establishing the Driver network, Pirelli has carried out extensive research, as a result of which, it has recognised motorists needs for a truly independent organisation capable of operating with the security and confidence of a national chain whilst retaining a level of customer satisfaction typical of a local Independent.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU, THE CUSTOMER?
If you take a moment to study the Driver logo, you will notice that it depicts a hand giving a "thumbs up" sign whilst, at the same time, holding a tyre.  Wherever you see this logo it will provide you with the reassurance that you are making the right choice if you use the services of a Driver fast-fit centre. 


HOW IS THIS ACHIEVED?
Driver Centres' staff work to an industry leading manual of best practice for both technical and front of house areas - the Driver Dealer Standards - and commit to both achieve and exceed these standards.
As part of this Standard, Pirelli carries out regular audits on all Driver Centres, covering working practice, housekeeping, machinery and removal/replacement of wheels on vehicles. Once audits have been completed each Driver Centre is issued with a certificate giving you the assurance that your vehicle is in the right hands.
