GT Trophy Endurance Series

The GT Trophy endurance racing series is new for 2010. Following the successful introduction of the GT Cup in 2007 Bute Motorsport are now expanding their activities offering the same quality of event for the endurance GT racing enthusiast. Open to a wide variety of GT cars for teams sharing the same car or solo drivers.

Overview
- Exclusive Hospitality in the GT Race Centre at all rounds
- Race Format
Brands Hatch GP: One x 45 minute free practice session
One x 35 minute qualifying session
One x 2 hour race
Snetterton: One x 1 hour day race
One x 1 hour night race

(Free practice and qualifying sessions to be confirmed)
- Driver pairings will be balanced by ability with drivers being categorised into 3 groups: Pro, Pro/Am and Am.
- Compulsory pit stops
- Rolling starts

- Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each Group. Garland for overall winner.
- Equalisation achieved through variable length pit stops
- Organised into four groups by car performance
- Refuelling from churns
- Control tyre
- Sole use of garages at each circuit.
