Provided below is some general information to help you read the tables:

S

Section width (in mm) of the unladen tyre relating to the first of the permitted rims shown in the table.
If the tyre is fitted to another of the rims shown, the section width is calculated by decreasing or increasing the value shown in the table by 5 mm for every 0.5? variation in the rim width.

OD

Overall diameter of the tyre when inflated and unladen.

Rstat

Static laden radius: The distance between the wheel centre and road surface, relating to a tyre, under static conditions, inflated and loaded to the values shown in the table.

Rc

Rolling circumference. Distance covered in one complete revolution of the drive wheel under the load and pressure conditions indicated in the table.

NOTE: The values in the tables are approximate, and may vary in practice, including a possible growth in service.
